| papabubble. A few of Ashley's friends own a handmade candy making shop in Manhattan, papabubble. We watched them make a barrel shaped candy that was infused with the words, "The Bronx." Unreal to see them stack the letters in warm layers of candy the consistency of taffy and then extrude the whole mass by hand to create a rope at least 50' long and a half inch wide with the words completely intact. Hard to explain. Mesmerizing. |
