| Walk in the neighborhood. Rotating displays w/lots of dadaesque and flashing lights. Once saw a young guy standing here fiddling with an electric cord. Asked if he was the artist. Said, "No, I just like to stop here when I'm skateboarding through the neighborhood to charge my cell phone." |
